In 2004, Patou founded Nusa Kitchen to bring that little slice of Singapore to the hungry office workers of London, using generations old recipes. As part of the launch of the Nusa Kitchens, a custom tile design was created to complement the interior finishes. As a repeating pattern, the cost of the production is reduced and therefore becomes competitive in the market place for completely bespoke options.
