Working with the commercial team at Parkside Tiles we produced a number of large format floor tile patterns for various restaurants across the UK. The original specification was for a cement encaustic tile which didn’t meet the required anti-slip specification. We were asked to provide a solution for Nando’s and used a 60x60cm porcelain tile to screen print various designs. We then reglazed the tiles with an anti-slip glaze to achieve the required quality standard, which is PTV36+ whilst wet.
